Clearly you can tell by its eyes that the dog is fully or partially blind. It’s a wonder it’s even close to the tire. ^.^

Does anyone else think it looks like it’s planning something devious?
Imagine it’s standing up instead of jumping. It looks like it’s snarling and rubbing its hands together, about to start into an evil laugh.
