Somebody should invent a cone type object. You could even paint it orange or something so it stands out. A lower tech idea would be some kind of cheap plastic tape or banner with caution printed across it.
It’s the concrete guys fault, and no. I wasn’t the driver of whatever that thing is.

He should have climbed onto the roof to get out. His footprints ruined that perfectly done concrete.
