I think I’ve read about this, this was a case of a boat which water ballasts failed… it was partly crew mistake and system’s failure… so can’t blame it all on them heh.

i think Thomas’s comment is a bit to rash, those in charge should but put in a white room with padded walls :] so they can’t fail anymore, but will still provide us with classic comical humor. :]

This is epic failure. Those in charge should be shot, dragged behind the boat, then re-shot agin. Thus releasing the earth from danger.
