Every driver that entered the intersection when there wasn’t room for them to exit the intersection should be fined and have their licence revoked. See all the yellow cross pattern? It is idiots like this that ruin it for those of us that can drive.

I’m from South Africa. There are plenty of ass-hats here who create situations like this by entering junctions when the exit isn’t clear. It’s been getting better lately though.
