I am with #15. I drive 80 miles a day and 10 of which are city. I drive even more city miles when I visit friends and family on weekends. I have never encountered anything like this in the 16 years of commuting. However, three times I have been in really active 8 lane roads, LA California area, around noon Saturday. People seem to just treat the junction like it’s an intersection with stop signs. They just take their turns and traffic slowly flows.
Every junction in India looks like this

Not true!!!
Add a lot of mobikes, cycles, rickshaws, cows, hawkers, beggars, etc and only then you get an Indian junction.

This São Paulo city in Brazil. Nova Faria Lima Avenue x Juscelino Kubitscheck Avenue. Check this in Google Maps.

The two story building on the top of the picture is the one on the southwest on Google Maps.
Another picture from the green bus in the picture.

We’re better than India on traffic gridlocks. YES!

“I live nearby and this happened 05/03 because of power failure”
No it happened because bad drivers entered box junctions when their exit wasn’t clear!
