    Hey, Christian Beirle – in case you didn’t notice, those are two completely different photographs. As you can clearly see they were taken at different times of day, not to mention that there’s someone ON the stairs in the photo here. So unless you took this particular photo, you’ve got no claim on it. Maybe you should have actually looked at this photo before you just randomly accused people of stealing it.

    It’s really not the same photo as Christian’s – the angle and zoom are very different, and the the person on the stairs is rather a giveaway, as anonymous points out.

    I’d take Christian’s credit off from under the title.
