If a cop takes action against the "clown", everyone goes: "hey, what are they doing to him? , he´s just a clown....", but there were a lot of incidents with spraying acid, alcohol, urine a.s.o. onto police, as well as atacking with needles and similar, nearly invisible things.... It´s to provoke a reaction from the police (who would like to get himself poked with a needle?) but have the public opinion on their side....
