Not really too big of a fail. It’s a rescue chopper, so when it breaks down, like all mechanical things do eventually, it would be on a mission. So basically, this is a fail no matter how insignificant the breakdown is? It’s like saying a Taxi with a flat tire is FAIL, because it’s job is to transport people. The only thing that is funny is the sight of a chopper hauling another chopper, which they do often. This is only fail on the most superficial way.

When the last Blackhawk goes to the scrapman it will be in a sling under a Huey. Or so they say. Well, this is a Sea King under a Chinook but I tink the destinaton is the same…
