Just because the sign is chained to the store doesn’t change the fact that you can lift the sign (not take it!) just enough to get the lock out.

Actually, I want to watch somebody steal it and ride away so there can be another fail pic. With the lock through the spokes, one could not ride away with it; it would have to be carried or put into a cehicle and hauled away.
