I think it’s different drain in video. There is a sidewalk next to drain in video but in the picture there is a flat parking lot. I hope photographer is not a moron and rescued them like in video.

Teh real FAIL here is … the moron with the camera! Instead of shooing the mother-duck AROUND the grate, s/he calmly stood and watched as those ducklings were KILLED.

I’m serious about that, too; there’s no way they will survive without their mother’s care, and that’s *IF* they even survived the fall.

FAIL photographer is FAIL.
