Well the last four are less fail, as they were illegal at one point in time. Maybe not the pants one, but that was taboo for a long time at least. Pay attention in history class folks ;p

The last 3 are illegal in certain countries even today. The USA is not the world, folks! ;p
For instance there was a case in the past 2 months of a lady (a journalist, I believe) being convicted of wearing trousers. I think it was in a country in north or east Africa.
