He should of taken the pump out before he drove off and still the gas to make it lest noticeable to the cop. I hate to be that person, because he probably have to pay money and go to prison. I saw it on the news, i would of laugh and thought it was stupid what that person did. I wonder if the person kids is getting made fun of, if that person had kids.
